Proper field care is of the utmost importance in determining the quality of the final product. We can not take responsibility for the mishandling of the specimen up to the point which is brought to us. We will be more than happy to answer any questions on how to properly care for your specimen before bringing it us.
If specimen is brought in a frozen state, no judgment can be made as to its condition until it is thawed. We take every precaution to prevent damage and/or theft from occurring to the specimen while in our possession.
Payment
We will contact you upon completion of your mount. Unless other arrangements have been made, final payment must be made no later than 20 days after you have been notified your mount has been completed. If final payment has not been made within these 20 days, a $30 storage fee will be applied to your balance plus $2.00 everyday thereafter. If you are unable to make payment in person, you can pay by credit card, over the phone or mail in your payment. If you would like us to store your mount for period of time (ex. birthday/christmas present, moving, etc.) we will be more than happy to do so as long as your mount is paid in full.
Shipping
We ship anywhere in the United States. Shipping prices are based on actual shipping costs and cannot be exactly determined until shipping time. We will do our best to give you as close of an estimated price as possible prior to shipping.
Extra care will be taken on our end to ensure your mount will arrive without damage, however, once item has been shipped, A1 Sportsman can not be held liable for any damage that might occur.
